I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff for their incredible assistance in arranging my birthday cake. They not only ordered the cake for me but also delivered it to the restaurant where I was celebrating. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

I consistently have an incredible experience every time I visit this store! The owner is one of the kindest and friendliest people I've ever met, and he always goes above and beyond for his customers. Over Christmas, I bought a few items from his shop, and he was so helpful, assisting me in carrying everything to my car. I absolutely love going here and wouldn't choose any other café again! I highly recommend everyone give it a try! Without a doubt, it's the best Ferguson Plarre in Victoria and the best café I've been to in a long time!

I ordered through UberEats and received a call from the restaurant just minutes later. I was extremely impressed with their service and their thoughtful suggestions for a gift box filled with delightful sweets. They went above and beyond while remaining very humble. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend them! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
