Millers Inn - Sunshine West

We had a fantastic dinner on Saturday. The restaurant wasn't too busy, so we were able to stay longer than the usual 1.5 hours. The chicken parma was tasty, although the salad was a bit unsatisfactory. The steak sandwich was delicious, with excellent toppings. The kids' chicken nuggets were average. We also enjoyed the cream bread, of which we had about six pieces in total.

I stayed at this motel for over a week with my three-year-old child. They had a menu in the room, but I had to repeatedly ask them to serve me dinner for the majority of my stay. On May 14th, I called the restaurant to order room service under the name Michael, but was told I had to come downstairs to pick it up. I explained that I couldn't leave my child alone in the room, but they refused to deliver the meal. The manager rudely told me to come down and said he had no time to bring it up. When my daughter started crying from hunger, I called again and begged them to serve her. The meal finally arrived after 25 minutes. I have traveled extensively for work and stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such arrogance and poor service. I will never recommend this motel - it is a place where customers are mistreated, not treated well.

The menu had a good selection of typical pub/gaming fare, and the portions were almost too generous. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in the kitchen and my tasty wild mushroom chicken risotto was missing the chicken. The staff quickly rectified the mistake and replaced it with the correct order. My friend couldn't finish her half-lobster, steak, chips, and salad special, possibly due to filling up on the delicious garlic and crimson cheese bread starter. Overall, it was a cheap and satisfying lunch and I will definitely be back.

It was the last 6-12 mottes on a satten night in the bar for a fast meal. was always funny and full of people. Last month or so we were just people in there. eating is still good, but no atmosphere and new bar. the staff are terrible. a kerl has actually given me ice in the wein and then measured the wein on the exact line. what?... he doesn't realize that he finally puts it in when I wanted it. tonight the waitress bought a glass of wine from a blown on a barrel. It was cloudy and bubbling, but she said no worries that it calms down. what? I've been here for 12 months and that's never happened. I'll buy my wine from the bottle. what did she think? obviously I didn't accept it. no wonder we are the only people in this bar! the service is terrible, apart from the only surviving batman from the recent change of property. think new owners have cleaned all reliable friendly staff. they have lost us and we will not be back! not recommended at all

Been awhile since last ate here, must say I had hoped for better. The bar staff are great,friendly and the decor is modern but the whole purpose was to have a nice meal. The vegys were disappointing, beans were dry and pumpkin still hard. I...had asked for gravy but it was forgotten no big issue,I 'll just go get it. What I got given to me was 'slopped ' into a gravy dish ,spilling down the sides! It continued to drip off the dish all the way back to my table. Sorry kitchen staff but if this is the care and pride you take in your work I have concerns about the rest of my meal. Disappointed.
