Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis was my first time actually going to Chili's in about ten years, even though I've almost gone several times with friends. As soon as my partner and I walked in, we couldn't help but sing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back." There was no special event happening today, but I was still excited to see the colorful and welcoming menu. The descriptions and photos got me even more excited. The baby back ribs came with roasted corn and fries, and after just one bite, I was hooked by the bold flavor. It was a fantastic way to start off the meal. The brisket quesadillas were also delicious. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and get a free drink with every visit.
I went to the restaurant for happy hour and sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and provided great service. I had been here about 6 months ago and we left because of the long wait and unhelpful hostess. I decided to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. All the staff we encountered were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be visiting again!
The food was lukewarm, the salad appeared to be tossed haphazardly, and the lettuce was limp. Overall, not a satisfying meal.
The Alex's Santa Fe Burger was missing the Santa Fe sauce, and the Mushroom Swiss Burger had barely any mushrooms and was overcooked. I had requested my Mushroom Swiss Burger to be cooked rare. If we were dining in, both burgers would have been returned.
The burger was delicious and arrived hot. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese, a side salad, and a dipping sauce on the side. The restaurant packaged everything neatly in a bag, and it was clear that they double-checked the order before sending it out. The receipt inside the bag was highlighted and marked off with the initials of an employee. Usually, when ordering from DoorDash, something is missing, but not at this restaurant!
