Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe were introduced to Apna Chaat Bombay Street Food Eatery in Surrey by a close personal friend and fellow lunch diners. It was an excellent recommendation as were treated to some very nice Indian Bombay) style street food. The eatery is very clean, neat, decorated in a cheerful Bollywood atmosphere and served by friendly staff and owners. There were 8 of us and we ordered a variety of food to check out the quality of the food. The food was excellent and very authentic Northern Indian Food , which is not too spicy chilli hot) like the Southern Indian and Sri Lanka food. Apna Chaat is well known for the Puri. We ordered the Gun Powered Chicken Wings but regret it was not available on that day. I was looking forward to test the briyani but was told that it was not served but available at the fine dinning restaurant, Show Shaa same owner) , adjacent to Apna Chaat House , facing 120 Street. I met the owner and fedback that briyani should be served and he promised to look into it and hopefully it will be available in due course. This is a highly recomended place to enjoy the fast food street style authentic Indian food nice and affordable. I did not try the Chicken Tikka but will try it, in my next visit, as I was informed that it is very good. Good to check it out when one is vistiing Surrey, BC
As always it was a excellent experience , the food quality was outstanding . The service was fast and very friendly. We had gone on a weekend evening , the wait was 30 minutes , it was worth waiting for . This time we order some new dishes on the menu Debeli and Soya Champ both were excellent very tasteful , the other dish were our favorites Paya Bhaji and the Salted and Sweet Lassi , they were great as ever. On the whole a very tasteful Chat Evening . I highly recommend the place , keep in mind there is waiting time always on the weekends, very poplar Chat restaurant with the locals.
A Place for Perfect Gol Gappe. We first had Gol Gappe on the Ground Floor Kiosk of Amar Chat House. Quality of Gol Gappe was much Superior than you get back home in India. There were five flavors of Pani. Tikha- Mitha, Tikha, Hinge, Peru and Jeera. We found Tikha- Mitha Pani Perfectly Blended. The Inter Decor was Superbly Done. Then we Proceeded on the first floor for Lunch. We Ordered Shahi Paneer Pasanda ,Nan, Rotis, Dal Tadka and Jeera Rice. All were Very Good. The Amritsari Kulcha was Much bigger than expected. The Ambience, Staff Uniform , Interaction and Courtsey, and Dhaba Style Lighting and Decor take the Restaurant to New Level. A must Visit place if you are in this Area. But What Stole Our Heart was Indo-Canadian Welcome Sign Poster.v
This is the go to place for me and my family whenever we are craving for some Indian chaats and tangy dishes, every time we are visiting Vancouver. The dishes are done nicely and the spices are balanced.
Bad.. bad and bad. Ordered papdi chaat, and it was really disgusting with lots and lots of chutney. Felt puckish after eating. Never will I go to this place again. Waste of money.
