A&w Canada - Surrey

Today at 4:39 pm 18 August I ordered regular vanilla iced latte with meal and I asked to add less ice but when I took my order from drive through window there was very much ice in the coffee and I requested to replace some ice cubes as I ordered earlier but there was one other girl on different side and she came and started arguing with me, she replied that coffee machine add the ice cubes in coffee. I again requested her to remove some ice cubes manually because I was driving so I can’t but she didn’t removed that. Moreover all other stuff members are very polite and helpful but that girl did this kind of things many times with customers as well as with me but every time I ignored her because other staff members are very good. I didn’t know the name of her she didn’t have name plate but she wears glasses with black shades and she also has tattoo of flower on left.

Super friendly staff and great food. Food actually looked like the photo, staff brought the food to my table and hooked me up with a free sauce when I upgraded my side. 10/10 these guys are doing a great job.

I ordered at the wrong location and the lady there went out of her way to see that I got refunded. Excellent customer service and I'll for sure be coming back!!

The staff at this A&W are polite and fast. The smoothy bar is a great addition as well. Prices are high for fast food, but the quality is good.

Little renovation done to the front area by the registers. The pop coming from the machine was great at my visit. Not watery. Food was made well.Parking: Decent parking in front of the restaurant. Mindfulness of trucks may be needed as some park inside the lot and take a bit of space
