Cafe Copenhagen - SUTTON FOREST

Today, the man at the counter was extremely rude. When I tried to order a coffee, instead of asking me what size cup I would like, he simply banged his finger on different cups, assuming I could hear. As a deaf person, this was very disappointing.

Stopped in for a coffee and something sweet. Coffee was good but sadly the something sweet was served on severely chipped crockery.

I took my daughter out for her birthday lunch and was extremely disappointed. She ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with chips and a salad, which cost $17. The sandwich had a strange taste and came with only 7 chips and a minimal salad. When my daughter politely asked if she could exchange the sandwich for a chicken salad sandwich, they initially refused and laughed at her. Only after I intervened did they agree. However, when the new sandwich arrived, it was just two pieces of bread with processed chicken inside, no salad, and it wasn't even cut. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was told I could do so at 2:30. I expressed my dissatisfaction and warned them that I would leave a negative review. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.

I enjoyed a satisfying lunch of a toasted sandwich and coffee at this restaurant. The decor is simple, but the food hit the spot. However, there were so many options to choose from that it was hard to decide.

We ordered 2 completely different meals 1 from the menu with no changes exactly how it says then another different meal but with a fried egg. We got one meal and it was wrong we took it back nicely thinking they would just remake it it wasn't even what we ordered). Then the lady tried to tell us we only ordered 1 meal even though we paid for 2. We tried to show them their menu so they could read off what we wanted and explain to them that the girl has got it wrong and they still refused to give us our meals and then we asked for a refund because they straight away decided not to make our meals at all and wanting us to pay for it again and of course they said no. They ripped us off we basically just gave them a donation and didn't even get to eat. Like who does that?? no one cause you cant haha! Would not recommend they were horrible. I suggest a training in customer service
