Your Pie Peachtree Pkwy - Suwanee

Your Pie gives a subway style pizza experience, pick your ingredients and watch them build your pizza in front of you. Unfortunately it also gives a subway level taste experience. Overall pretty okay!Food: 3/5

Wanted to stop by and order takeout and grab a beer while I wait but they told me that the manager was out and they weren't allowed to serve the beer they sell. This was in the heart of dinner time. Your not selling the highest margin item you sell. I've never seen anything so ridiculous. It's a first world problem but I'll be taking my problems elsewhere in the future. Embarrassing.

We really tried to like it but the inconsistency of this location is just getting out of hand. We're your pie fans from Dunwoody location and were delighted to find one in Alpharetta. Sadly every time we order there is something wrong with the pizza. A few times the cheese and toppings covered only 3/4th of the pie, sometimes ingredients were not spread properly. This time 3 out of 4 pizzas were basically burnt(see photo). We salvaged whatever and ate it but what a waste. If we were dining in then the manager would have remade the pizzas because I remember her being really great usually. I'm sad to give 2 stars because the concept is great, no one else has whole wheat pizza with vegetarian options like this place. But the quality is just not worth the trouble anymore.

Horrible customer service! Absolutely horrible and greedy with their money! What happened to making things right when they make a mistake? They did not try to fix their error or offer any help. We Have enjoyed eating their pizza, but I just can’t get over how I was treated and for that we will not be returning to this location. Only this location. It’s the owners and how they treat customers. We will go to other Your Pie, but not this one. When they make a mistake and don’t try to fix it, blame the error on a 3rd party not their own, that is just wrong. Very Disappointed with their customer service.

Loved it! I was looking for a quick pizza place and stumbled upon Your Pie Pizza. It was really cool to order and watch it be made. Staff was friendly and helpful as it was my first time here. Pizza didn't take long in the oven and was delicious, we enjoy a smaller crust. Ordered a regular pepperoni $9.99 for 10 inch) and the BBQ chicken #2). Lots of options. Didn't try the gelato but will next time.
