Costa Coffee - Swale

The espresso coffee cups were very dirty and the staff at the counter seemed displeased when I asked for a takeaway cup.

This coffee shop is fantastic, with a clean atmosphere. The White Chocolate is decent, but the cheese and turkey toasties are outstanding.

The service was outstanding and the pricing was very reasonable, making it great value for money.

The young lady, whose name is megan worked her socks off on saturday morning,as she was on her own from opening ,which i believe 07.30 until just about 10.00, the till and costa card machine were not working so it was cash only,and she is back on this morning (with help today) but also they have no oven on top of the till not taking cards still, i just think she deserves a pat on the back(at least) for the way she coped yesterday and still came back in this morning, which a lot of people would have gone sick!!!! She is a credit to your company.
