Avaliação da contribuiçãoFabulous ambiente directly at the bach. interior and exterior seats. we were in a modern smart room. very nice. huge menu and daily specialties. good service. big wine list. delicious food. the homemade pasta was particularly good. we'd be fat like houses if... we're approaching! defeat them a must visit restaurant in faversham.
Birthday meal on a beautiful warm sunny Monday evening, beautiful location on the bach in faversham. free parking directly in front of the village sa in the winter garden, which was nice. welcome and service excellent. first visit in an Italian restaurant. it was pretty quiet at the arrival. early evening, but soon more business. they had to shut off the walk-ins while we were there because the lack of kitchen staff, which was good, which meant that they could provide a good service for those who had already booked. the food was beautiful. I had to start the mozzarella and gnocchi for net (depending on how it was the part was huge and I couldn't eat it all. the service of chiara? was excellent, she spoke the dishes with such a good Italian accent that we assumed she was Italian, but no. it is something on the expensive side, but for a special occasion fine. or just one head,- dessert and a drink, to be honest, that would have been enough for me! we will definitely be back, now we know it is there.
Eat delicious, personal very professional and stunning location. I recommend this restaurant to all people who like to eat with genuinity.
Service totally disappointing and surprising as it has been a favorite for years! we booked a table, but at the arrival it was clear that we were not put aside, but they looked to see where they could sit. then the conservatory offered us where we would sit alone. finally they found us a table in the inner. it took 15 minutes to get a drink and finally after 3 x ask our order was taken. I don't care if they offer an apology, but that wasn't the case. After we got our very tasty food that was up to scratch, we felt they just wanted to get us out! my teller was “sucked” when my friend had eaten. my glass was snuffed away as soon as I gave it up when my friend was drinking, we might want another drink. 2 long-term customers will not be back.
As I was dining alone they tried to sit me at the worst table at the establishment even though I had diligently pre-booked a table. There were other tables that sat two people and I had to be insistent before they agreed to move me....In fact when I arrived I was treated so badly that I almost walked out then and there (but did not know the restaurants in the area sufficiently to take this action). I saw the restaurant treat another customer who had chosen to dine alone in exactly the same way. The wine was OK but expensive and you don't get to see the bottle so could literally be anything...! The pasta was overcooked (should be al dente but wasn't). However the tiramisu was lovely.
