Subway - Swan View

This evening, we visited the subway and experienced a warm welcome right from the start. The staff performed exceptionally well, and our orders were fantastic. The manager demonstrated impressive customer service skills. Service: dinner; overall experience: great!

The experience was average—definitely not outstanding, and the sandwich-making speed could use some improvement. Even with relatively few customers, my online order took 35 minutes to prepare. I’m currently waiting for a single sub I ordered quite a while ago. Regarding the breakdown: I had lunch, which costs between $1 and $20 per person. I’d rate the service a 2, the atmosphere a 2, and overall, I’d say the experience rates about a 3.

I would suggest not relying on the online order details. The sub I received was barely toasted and just mediocre, with a lot of inconsistency in quality. It felt like the service was lacking. For context, I ordered dinner, with a price range of $1–20 per person.

I had Italian herb bread option every thing was fresh and nice but I felt the bread was very dry and very crunchy might have cooked bit longer . Service: Take out
