Mcdonald's - Swedesboro

Food is always cold and they get original orders wrong. They don't care. Mcdonalds corperate doesn't even care. Have standards like Chicfila

That's the worst mcdonald? I've been there before. I'd rather go to other mcdonald?s for another 20 minutes than to go to this. they got my order completely wrong and roll their eyes when I asked for the right drink, and then I come home and the rest of my order is also messed up.

Went to McDonald 's on new years eve about 1030pm there was no line to go through. Alexis worked Spur 2 asked me to hold a minute. The minute was in 10 minutes. While waiting 2 cars through the lane 1. I had to scream hallo to answer her. I asked her what was the reason for the long waiting period and she told me that she forgot we were there. When she took the order rudely. I went into the window to pay and also asked for a manager well that 's when I met unprofessional Doug. He leans in the window and puts his head in his hands, the gloves and asked me what the problem is. No hello or how can I help you. So I really had to tell him about his own. Because it's obvious that he and his staff need to upgrade to customer service. Under normal circumstances, I would have gone somewhere else for dinner, but because my mother had a medical problem, we needed the food right away. As soon as we get up to dinner window we see the reason why Alexis never remembered that we were at the window because the headphones were not in their ear for them the beeping. The young lady worked Spur 1 was the only professional there. I'm not going to eat with this McDonald or to prove it.

Awful service. Just came through tonight and our whole order was wrong. We tried explaining what was wrong about our order and they kept trying to insist that we ordered it that way. Took almost 10 minutes for them to figure out what we were saying. We were clearly frustrated about the situation and the one girl worker was insanely rude and talked completely disrespectfully. We walked in and asked how much longer our order would take to be ready and all the workers gave us dirty looks, had their arms folded like we were bothering them and continued to be rude. I work in customer service and I personally know that the customer is always right and you DONT talk to customers the way that they did at this mcdonald?s. Never coming back.

Went here on my lunch break around 8:00 p.m. I ordered a filet o fish meal. Got back to work ready to eat my sandwich and it was made with two bottom buns. Like really??? ?????
