Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered four cheeseburgers along with fries and drinks. When I got home, I discovered that three of the sandwiches had no meat. I had to return to the restaurant to get new ones, and by the time I got home again, everything else was cold, and everyone had to rush back to work. The last time I visited, they completely forgot an entire meal, leaving my daughter without anything to eat for lunch. I won't be going back anymore.
Terrible service. We went in tonight and our entire order was wrong. When we tried to explain the issues with our order, they insisted that we had ordered it that way. It took nearly 10 minutes for them to understand what we were saying. We were clearly frustrated, and one of the female employees was extremely rude and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. When we asked how much longer our order would take, all the staff gave us dirty looks, crossed their arms as if we were a bother, and continued to act rudely. I work in customer service, and I know that the customer is always right—there is no reason to speak to customers like they did at this McDonald's. I will not be coming back.
I visited this restaurant during my lunch break around 8:00 p.m. and ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal. When I got back to work and was ready to enjoy my sandwich, I discovered that it was made with two bottom buns. Seriously???
The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with smiles. Whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru, the service is excellent. I haven’t experienced any issues with my orders, such as missing items or inaccuracies, in quite some time. Additionally, the wait time has been reasonable.
The Thanksgiving night staff was excellent. Thomas Diggs stood out for his friendliness.
