Very sad whataburger. No salt, no pepper, no napkins, no coke, no sweet tea, no sweet and spicy bacon burger, no A1 thick and hearty, no buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. 32 minutes to order and receive food in the drive through. We ordered 3-3 piece tender meals with two extra gravy?s. We got to the window. They told us to pull forward as they were making new gravy. Four cars received their food behind us. My wife finallywent in and they handed her a gravy. I guess we would?ve sat there for quite a while had she not gone in. It was a good thing weordered extra gravy as the gravy that came in the box only filled 1/3 of the container. And the food tasted like it had beensitting for hours. Really disappointing.

Stopped by while traveling. Great customer service (Jennifer attended us) and took care of the lobby. The food was good the store including the restrooms were very clean.
