Memento Lounge & Bistro - Mantra

I have learned a long time ago to moderate my expectations when it comes to online voucher offers for restaurants. I was in any case hesitant about memento lounge bistro, which in the lobby of the mantra hotel in the cbd (yes, I know it is not even an independent restaurant.) but the voucher deal seemed good for a Friday night - a 3 curs meal for two and a bottle of wine for $70. bargain memento surprised me very pleasant! the escaped were average, the main thing was great, and the desserts were a solid finish. overall I enjoyed the meal and would recommend memento. on the menu we were given for the goodschein deal in the restaurant, the chocolate option was actually listed...read more

It is the restaurant in the lower part of the hotel mantra. beautiful place with really friendly staff. they usually need a book, but they can have a place in the bar quite a lot when I regularly get their sirloin steak and it's pretty good. beautiful fresh veg and a good meat cut. the famous chicken carving is quite brilliant. beautiful crumb and a good salat that is my place when I need a quick work eating that appears with mates. Among the specialties are a meal, a beer or a wein. great worth!

Came here with a Groupon. Ordered the salt and pepper squid for entree, and sirloin steak for main The salt and pepper squid was delicious and came with a nice sweet chilli sauce The steak was well cooked, however, it needed more sauce The tiramisu was average.

Attractive price but v unattractive food. Ordered sesame crusted tuna. The tuna was soooo oily and burnt when it came out on the plate . The tuna was cold in the centre genius obviously just took it out of the fridge threw it into scorching pan burnt the seasame and was i better throw this onto the plate...There was also a lack of seasoning that makes the fish taste and smell way to fishy, could not taste any salt or pepper on it at all. Located inside a hotel the ambiance is lacking but i found the atmosphere fine and would definitely recommend it if you were staying at the hotel or working in the area. Customer service was good and the food i ordered was tasty.
