Nowadays when you enter the Coffee Shops All the focus is on the Drive thru So I got in my car and got in the drive thru......SMH. Nobody said anything seen me standing there 2ppl on the drive thru I spoke still she kept walking. Customer service is not

This Dunkin’ was willing to correct my order that was made incorrectly at another location I had stopped at on my way to work (didn’t realize until I had pulled back into the road to continue my commute). They were helpful and accommodating and now I drive out of my way to stop here instead of Edgewater. Thanks for making my day!

Stopped by this location in west st Annapolis, Maryland so far my worst experience.Lady taking my order was so rude a tall guy with a blower inside of the store I guess he was to lazy to sweep the floor, he was blowing all that trash and dust on my legs. Don’t believe me check the cameras. 6/5/23 @10:00 amI was about to eat with my daughter when other guy came and told us that we have to leave supposedly they were closing ? at 10:00 am in the morning really ????The guy with the blower didn’t respect that other people was already eating.Look at this sandwich ???
