San Remo Pizza - Syracuse

2-3-2022 ordered a steak sub with provolone and banana pepper with one side of frits with a 2L coke. Delivered to the house was $24 and some changes. With a $4 shipping cost over $20 is crazy! That all said under $20 is a $6 delivery fee that I learned today! In short, I thought myself after the driver, how was that almost $30? No, where the shipping costs are specified in the menu or he will tell you the delivery fee. Isn't that the guy? I don't care to spend my hard-earned money with local businesses. But please be transparent and forward with your customers.

You guys used to have my favorite pizza but the pizza I just got is not the same as it used to be. Under cooked, bland, weird sauce. I only gave 2 stars because you still have the best Bleu cheese and boneless wings but your pizza is inedible to me now....

Ordered a small pizza with 5 char-grilled wings(came with celery/creamy garlic blue cheese dip), sausage roll w/marinara sauce, everything was delicious! Best char-grilled wings we've had in a long time, will definitely be back. We were a walk-in order, took barely 20 minutes.. prices we're spot on as well! Couldn't be happier

I previously gave this place one star for an issue that I had, but the owner reached out to me by phone the next day after it happened and personally apologized and explained to me every step of what went wrong. I was pleased to hear back from him and they gave me a refund and a credit to try ordering from them again. I did so and was impressed by the pizza. I'm editing the review on account of the employees going out of their way to apologize and make a problem right; and the food was good too! I would recommend this place for your local pizza needs over a lot of the other shops around here.

Have always loved San Remo Pizza. Been eating here all my life but this was my first experience here in almost 2 years. With that being said only thing I wish that hadn't changed was the thickness of the crust of pizza. It used to be a little thicker but I still give it a 4.5 and the customer service is excellent.
