Avaliação da contribuiçãoIf I could give 0 stars I would.Walked in this morning and the restaurant looks pretty empty. MAYBE there are some tables in the back, but not that I can see. I recognize a small group waiting in the waiting area for a table. The host doesn’t greet me for a good 5 minutes. Finally he says to me “do you need something?” RUDE FOR NO REASON ALREADY. I responded with “yes please, a table for 6”He freaks out. Tells me he’s not dealing with us and we need to call and make a reservation. Tried to figure out what the problem was for him to keep escalating. Turned to walk away and he continued to try and bait me into altercation. NEVER AGAIN.
The service was quite slow, and I waited 15 minutes for my coffee. Additionally, the food was not served hot.
We had a fantastic waiter who made our lunch with the girls exceptional. It's rare to find good service these days, but he was incredibly friendly and helpful. My two-year-old even said, "That's a nice man!"—and she's usually very shy! Haha.
They need to hire more staff. The wait for a table was extremely long, even though there were many open tables available. The food is good, but the service takes a long time to arrive.
The employees here seem to be perpetually overworked and the restaurant is clearly understaffed. I can’t speak much to the average quality of the food because I was far too distracted by the broken and extremely dirty toilets in the women’s restroom! Out of the three stalls, one was marked as out of order, and another was in unacceptable condition with bodily fluids on the seat. This left only one stall available for all the female patrons that morning. What really shocked me was when I reported the issue to one of the two staff members at the hostess stand. She accompanied me to see the situation and her response was that no one was coming to clean it, and she wasn’t going to do it either. Disgusting, IHOP! Shame on you!
