I dropped by for lunch on opening day and tried the brisket plate, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. I was stuffed—it was amazing! The food is fantastic, and the staff is great too! #welcometotheneighborhood

If you ask for a list of ingredients for any of the food here, you won't find love or passion on the list, but those are the main two ingredients here. The owner has taken his passion and found a way to share it with the rest of the world, one butcher paper lined tray at a time. The brisket is divine. The chicken and pork are following right behind. Don't forget the amazing sides. One more thing, they cater, too!

Hubby and I went in today to check it out for the first time as it is only a few minute drive away. We were very pleased with the food and prices. One of the best brisket he has had! Took some ribs home to go and can't wait to try them. Definitely worth the visit! Thank you!! :

Best BBQ! We used to drive all the way to the Ranch house in Lacey for good bbq but not anymore huge portions, great customer service and yummy sweet tea. House made pickles are delicious!

Really enjoyed the food. The pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, and beans were phenomenal. I will be coming here for lunch many more times. Great to have another place I can walk to during my lunch break.
