Sanshotei - Takatsuki

Went in autumn 2017. owner papa mama was super friendly although her English was not fluent. helpful recommended portion was suitable eating was good. taste was not super great, but their service quality added more than made it for up! family-run food from an old couple. I hope they are always healthy! I hope to visit again.

Discover this local gem after our visit in the nearby yamazaki distillery. best tempura I've ever had in my life! menu selection is not really a thing to be a traditional family-run restaurant, but the variety of ingredients were definitiw there, they just don't need to make any decisions!

A must visit before or after the Yamazaki tour. absolutely delicious. fresh of the ingredients, juicy sweet vegetables and the fragrant oil (a must for all tempura! friendly hostess who make them feel at home ;

Went here for lunch and it was great! We had the Tendon Kaieseki set! It was nice and filling and the service was great! Do mind that any of the private rooms will incur an extra charge . Great place to go to after the Yamazake tour!
