Roscoe's Pizzeria - Takoma Park

Cute place but service was spotty (only saw our server when they took our order and when they brought the food), and the pizza needed salt and seasonings- it felt pretty flavorless. We got the mushroom pizza and we felt it was lacking. The dough was great but that’d about it. Others at our table also felt that their food lacked seasoning and salt.

Consistently the best traditional pizza around. Can't get this type of pizza where i normally roam.Orders are pretty quick, food always tastes fresh.Only comment is wish they had an option for roasted veggies and potatoes instead of side salad on paninis.

I ordered take-out after closing out a shift; Host met me at the door; "Eating in, or taking out? "I said; Taking out...H: the guy behind the bar can take your order. *steps away to grab menu*Just as I said I already know what I wanted...H: yeah, AND the guy behind the bar can assist you...Must 've had a bad day, but he clearly misunderstood...I was ONLY mentioning for he didn 't have to go through the trouble for the menu. N e hooz,Cordial gentleman from behind the bar assisted me. Fresh ingredients, delicious pizza...didn 't feel bloated or heavy after eating. I polished the ENTIRE pizza off by myself. I will be back when in the area next time.

I stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant while walking around Takoma. I'm so grateful I did too! It's literally my favorite pizza place in all the DMV. The pizza is always very well made and fresh. The ambience and service is great as well. I'll definitely be coming to visit here more often.10/10 ?

The pizza here is SOO good! The dates are awesome and the service is really on top of it and rly nice. I recommend coming here if you are in the area.
