Avaliação da contribuiçãoA short drive through to this massive Costco in Tally. Even though we live in a bigger city , this Costco had us beat in volume of items and space. The parking lot was packed and expected at least a half hour wait and was able to get in out in less than 20 minutes. Friendly, fast service. We will be back.
I purchased a set of original equipment Michelin tires for my Shelby Mustang at a very good sale price this month. Costco beat Tire Rack and Discount tire on the price! Since I am picky on who works on my car, I removed the wheels myself and brought them in to have the new tires mounted and balanced. During the process, one wheel was slightly scratched and later I discovered that one of the other wheels had been nicked up in two places. The tire center supervisor, Bradley, showed me the scratches on the one wheel and completed a claim for for me to have the wheel repaired. When I showed him the picture of the other wheel which was damaged, he did not hesitate to submit a claim form for that wheel, too. So, both wheels were repaired to my satisfaction and Costco reimbursed me for the full amount $300). Always a Good practice to have the tire center inspect your wheels before the work is started so if something does happen during the process, it's an easy process to remedy any problems. I was extremely happy with the way Bradley handled this issue and I will certainly buy my next set of wheels from this location!
The building is nice and they have a ton of options. Some items are cheaper at Sam's but you just have to compare. All of the workers have been super nice except for one at customer service said something snippy two separate times. I believe her name was Kim. They have a membership line and a return line and one day I was standing in the membership line as the sign said and with attitude I was told the line was on the other side (returns) and so I asked her what this sign was for and I was blown off. The next time I stood in the return line as I was told last time and the people started to line up behind the membership line which was empty when I walked up. I was 2 people from the front in the return line and she looked at me and asked if I had a return and I said no I'm here for membership and she responded something with attitude about how that line is over there. I then responded saying I was informed to go over here 2 days ago and that that sign was not correct by you so I was just doing what I was told last time and then she responded something back but I don't remember. I then had to get behind all the people in membership that all showed up after me to then wait to talk with an employee. If they aren't using the two lines, they need to move the one single pole sign to eliminate the confusion. The other customer service workers though have been nothing but friendly and super helpful which is great.I have not seen a single Halloween item or bag of candy at this specific property over the last few weeks but they've had an aisle of Christmas stuff up for a month already and moved it up to the front of the store this week. I thought that was kind of weird. The lines go quick and they have a ton of registers going during busy times.
Costco is one of my core stores. With a membership the savings are fantastic. I buy all of my gas there. I buy half of my groceries and most of my paper goods there. One of the nicest things about Costco is that they stand behind their products. If something doesn’t work for you, simply return it. No questions asked. I buy a lot of clothes there as well that are nice quality at a reasonable price.
Completely understaffed food market. Chocolate sundaes can’t be ordered at the digital checkin so you have to wait extra time for sweets. Staff is very pleasant and working hard, just not enough people to deliver a good experience. Waited 30 minutes for pizza then another 10 minutes for a sundae.
