Skipper Dipper Ice Cream - Tamaqua

Not all it's hyped up to be... too many employees worrying about each other rather then customers food.. or actually listening to customers order as the order was wrong and done for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to retrieve the now cold sandwich...

Breakfast went down hill. Breakfast special wasn't good at all and seemed to be overcharged. Paid for all 3 orders. Ordered one special with onion and onions came on both specials. Didn't order onions on both. Got what ordered and potato's where hard and the bacon was dried out and hard. Won't go back for food anymore. Ice cream is always this months ago Update. Stopped again and it was great. Happy they are much better now. Had the special a couple of times and they where great.

If you ever happen to need a quick food pitstop then THIS is the Stop! Delicious Burgers (Monday night Special just 99cents each) and Ice cream and Milkshake were in hand before you could blink. THE Chocolate Peanut Butter combination is absolute perfection!

While driving across the state we saw this place and thought we'd stop in for a bite. We were surprised by how bright and clean it was, and what a large menu of offerings it had. The food was good, the ice cream was good, and the prices were great. If we are ever back this way, we'll stop it again.
