Assistant Chris is very nice very helpful, but the General Manager was so rude. Talk to me like a kid when I ordered. Everyone just looked at them like their problem, even their employees. Sadly pathetic to treat someone like her. It won't be back. There are so many places to eat.
Was there Thursday night, and was greeted and served by danielle. She was super nice and made it rather visited. I was here a week when Joe's family owned it, and maybe I'll be back when there's anything left.
If it wasn't for the fact that we live in the eagles and my children are obsessed with this place, I wouldn't disturb leaving a review. After today, something will be done, or we will go to the next subway owned by another group. Tonight 6:50 I go to the restaurant with my eight-year-old, three-year-old and seven-month car seat. I was greeted with us, have no white bread. Then I continued to order two foot lengths on Italian herbs and cheese. The lady literally turns and opens the bread oven to find no bread. Then she takes two random pieces sitting on the reverse switch to make my sandwiches. She said that was all they had. The line is secured and another sweaty guy comes from behind and goes over the sink to wash his hands. All cookies (20-30) are located next to the sink on a paper cloth. The boy sung soap everywhere. That was very disturbing to know that someone was serving. We finally get into the counter to pay, and I have my kids going to sit in the back half of the place because the front was so chaotic. The sweaty boy said we couldn't sit back because they closed the area at 6:00. I said this mopping with bleaching agent etc. should be done after you close to 9. He told me they'd close at 9 and have to go exactly at 9. Extremely disappointed.
Best customer service experience I have ever had in a subway store. People are happy there. God bless you guys... And thanks for the great meal.
