Saffron Cottage - TECOMA

Delicious Indian food in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Staff always friendly and polite. Happy to provide 'chef selection' if you ask.

I'm not a big fan of Indian food but enjoyed saffron cottages cozzie atmosphere. The food took a little longer than expected which wasn't a a worry as the beer selection was good. Meal sizes were on the small side so appetisers are a must if you are hungry.

This restaurant used to be way more delighting when it was located where the Teccoma maccas is now, but still has great food and is where our family get Indian from, our family is also Sri Lankan so we have good curries all the time and it compares well too. Definitely recommend getting a mango lassi these are delicious!

The food is delicious, and it's not overpriced. Lovely decor, and a calm environment. Can't say enough about this place!

We went to the the restaurant last night for a meal and, as always, were very impressed with the menu, the quality of the food, and the friendly service. My wife really enjoyed the vegetable korma and I tried a beef vindaloo which was a very authentic flavour. Never disappointed eating here and just need another excuse to go again.
