It took them 10 minutes to take my money at the drive-through window and then I waited another 10 minutes for them to bring me the food. It was late at night and there was no one behind me so they didn't seem to be in any hurry. Got home to find they put BACON on my veggie burger. Why would anybody ordering a veggie burger want bacon on it? When I contacted them they refused to make it right. Don't go to this restaurant. They don't care about their customers.
Waited forever to be served and when dinner was brought out we did not received everything that we needed but we never saw our waitress again. When we were finally done eating we waited around for our waitress to finally show up and ask for the bill. We didn't even bother to ask for a to go box of the rest of the kids meals because at this point we just wanted out from the terrible service. We love the chicken, ribs and sauce but the service was just terrible.
My daughter was wanting to go so we did! They have a 2 can dine for $14.99 right now, so the price was right too. The waitress tried to up sell us to the rib and chicken combo. Dinner came out quickly, and it was quiet. We were able to eat and chat and not feel like it was noisy or crowded.
Celebration dinner with friends, friendly wait staff, great food and the portions were over my expectations which resulted in a take out box.
Visited here with our friends and was not impressed. Portions were tiny, staff were rude. I felt I was being told off by our server as I had a question to ask about the menu. Please clear the table before bringing out the next course - I don't like eating with piles of plates around me. Requests of water and napkins were forgotten too. Will not be going back
