Avaliação da contribuiçãoRoom, they need major touch up! Service by Vetaran hotelier but it confuse us a bit that we have to go with our luggage through a service elevator? Don't they use luggage tag here? Location... Kind of downtown, easy to find something to drink and eat, anytime. And, as this is a downtown, you might get the homeless ask something from you, if you walk on the street around. I think they are harmless but be mindful though.

Quite disappointing compared to 20 years ago. Lobby under construction, poor service and drink menu in the garden
The worst 5 star hotel I've ever been. Expensive but 1 star hotel! The lack of management is clearly the issue in this hotel. Rooms are too old and not renovated! Lighting was too low! TV never worked to show anything without screen distortion (they use satellite channels but every hour you need to call them to fix the reception problem). They can use a cheap digital receiver but who cares! Staff are polite and helpful though.
This hotel is located in a business center of Tehran but it has an economy part and a redesigned rooms. The fare of economy rooms are less than redesigned one. It is not suggested for family, it is good fo business man
