Mere Park Garden Centre

I had a delightful afternoon tea at this restaurant. The sandwich options were great, and the Earl Grey tea was particularly enjoyable. I suggest providing more information about the sandwich and cake selection. The overall experience was good value for the price, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Appalling layout. Being made to walk the whole garden centre just to get to the café. No cut through either (especially if you’re disabled) the clothing department is fabulous and the women there are so lovely helpful (bar one) I think she needs a refresher in customer service and respecting her staff (if she had any left by the end of the day). Can’t fault the decorations and thought they put into the seasonal aisles! Fantastic work for Halloween! Cakes were amazing!

My wife and I visited this restaurant last week for breakfast at 9am. We had enjoyed breakfast here in the past and decided to return. Unfortunately, this time we were both disappointed. We ordered the full breakfast for £10.95 each and a small bottle of fresh orange juice for £3.95, which we felt was a bit pricey. The sausages were not good at all. They looked like high-quality sausages from a butcher, but they were extremely tough and impossible to eat. The black pudding, on the other hand, was delicious and probably the best I've ever had. The bacon seemed like it had been pre-cooked and then reheated. When I asked for sauce, the waitress poured a cheap brown sauce into a small pot. If they want to charge a higher price for breakfast, they should at least offer quality condiments like HP or Heinz. I'm sorry to be so blunt about the sausages, but they were really that bad. We may give this place another chance in the future, but they really need to change their sausages.

The food at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The salmon I ordered was dry and hard, accompanied by a lackluster salad and frozen, overly cooked chips. While the restaurant seemed nice, the chesterfield settees were uncomfortable and worn. The prices were also too high for the quality of food, and the menu was difficult to understand. Overall, I won't be returning to this restaurant due to the subpar experience and high prices.

Delicious meal child's portion was so big I brought some of it home for the next day. Very tasty so much so that I am going next Sunday too. Chicken and everything you expect for a roast dinner. We went early at 12 as you have to queue to order. An hour later the queues were very long. Lovely venue clean and airy . Staff willing to carry our trays to the table for us.
