Avaliação da contribuiçãoWent there with a gift card, it was a online gift card but still had a code and pin. We asked if they’d be able to still use the gift card as again, still has a number pin. The girl said “no sorry”, granted it was 1:20am and they closed at 2am but tbh it doesn’t matter if it’s 1:59am. I used to work at Carl’s Jr and they were able to redeem gift cards with their pos system, you just type in the number and pin and it’s that easy.. so I know for a fact that Taco Bell’s system is that same way, all fast food is. Mobile app also won’t let you place orders after midnight which is ridiculous in itself because at midnight most stores don’t close for another 2-3 hours.. ridiculous.

Very respectful, even tho they where going to close the lobby the young lady let me in at the last minute knowing she didn't want
Most of the other Taco Bell's when I order nacho fries put them sideways in the bag and they spill everywhere, the GOAT of an establishment this Taco Bell is put them in their own bag and upright. They deserve all the money in the world, I'm coming back to this Taco Bell from now on
I came in on multiple occasions and I delt with a young man named JUNIOR, and every time I have received terrible customer service, and I didn’t receive the modifications for my meal that I asked for. The manager was very nice and willing to work with me but after I came back, I still dealt with that terrible customer service from this specific person. I don’t usually complain and I would hat for anyone to lose their job, but I work hard for my money and if I come in and ask for certain things, I definitely expect for it to be done and not with a nasty attitude. I’m definitely calling corporate because it’s happened way to many times . Just disrespectful at this point
