Avaliação da contribuiçãoRyan and tristan were great, service was great. the food was too salty for our lust and our blooming wobble was burned. the lobster and garnel were quite good and our steaks were well cooked. the reason for the three stars was because the service was so great. child-friendly: our child was happy screaming and no one even turned their heads. I love when I can go to a restaurant with my small child and people understand that small children are loud. parking: many comfortable parking spaces.
Great service. had a business meeting and the server did a great task to check us, but not too often while we talked. the booming burger was perfectly boiled and the sauce comes with really making the burger. good place for lunch.
We were happy to celebrate our jubilee the other day. had a wonderful time. the service was great and the food was exceptional. my wife had grief and I had the best nativity. both were cooked to perfection. play a trick on our server by asking for the manager, and let them know how wonderful everything was. they never hear the good things, and we'll let them know when that happens. will be back here
We were dinner on Saturday night. we were not disappointed! maxwell and that was great. the ribs were actually “miss” delicious. our server, maxwell, was attentive, but not annoying as some server are. we felt that he actually enjoyed working at outback and liked to serve us. we left him a generous tipp and he deserved it.
Unbelievably bad service, almost like we were invisible or unwelcome. Sunday evening, 6:45 pm, no waiting, place maybe a quarter full at worst, all guests seated in one area, but took the hostess about two minutes to figure out where to seat a party of 4 somehow. At least five minutes between sitting down and being acknowledged in any way by wait staff. 15-20 minutes before 4 drinks were delivered and food orders taken, while other tables were being promptly attended. Nobody paid any attention to us for another 15-20 minutes while drinks ran completely out. One of two fresh drinks after another 10mins or so, with 2nd arriving some time after the Manager, who seemed unable to understand why us sitting around with empty glasses for ten minutes was a problem, got involved after we managed to break the invisibility spell and get staff's attention. Groups who came in 10-15 minutes after us were immediately served and got drinks quickly, and even food before ours arrived, which was probably 45 minutes after we ordered it. Clearly it had never been put in to the kitchen as it was freshly made (and admittedly quite good, though we got boxes at this point. Eating in a place where we were clearly unwelcome didn't sit well). Overall, two hours being ignored almost entirely and treated as an inconvenience when we asked where our drinks and food were. The drinks were comped, but service that bad, as a former restaurant manager who never hid from upset guests, really should have had a set of zeroes on a bill the customer never even needed to see. This was simply inexcusably awful. Will not be returning.
