Avaliação da contribuiçãoLove the place it is with a very nice staff. The raven was delicious and the yaki gyoza (Japanese dumplings). We have the Tonkatsu wheels and the ultra-spicy rams. I was pissed with my ultra-spicy rams. The spicy ramen is definitely spicy not in one like oh my God kills me way, but in any case on the first bite you taste it and it is the kind of spicy that builds. They put a lot of chili paste in the ultra spicy rams, so the broth was a little goopy. All in all, will come again!
Went to the restaurant a little after 12 pm, able to seat right away, but the place is small, tables are small, space is tight and the place filled up fast. Be ready to sit next to strangers when it 's busy. Staff friendly. Enjoyed the appetizers. Takoyaki (grilled octopus stuffed ball) and kabuki (braised pork belly). These were really good. Ramen, not too bad. I had Tonkoysu ramen, the dish didnt really have much flavor, which I am okay with, they have a small plate of condiments you can add to you ramen/broth to have the flavor you want. A red spice, soy sauce, sesame seed, and some oil. End up enjoying my ramen dish quite a bit after I doctored it up. The roasted pork slice they add to the soup I had to take out. I got less roast taste and more burnt taste, so I put it off to the side. I took the braised pork appetizer, and ripping it apart to add into my soup, turned out really good. My sister got the Miso ramen, hers had a more mild sweet flavor. It was pretty good, she felt the same about the slice of pork, she removed it and added kakuni to her bowl as well. My son had the curry ramen, a soupless ramen dish, it smelled really good, but my son only partially enjoyed it. Overall, not too bad, if I could do 3.5 stars, I would aim more for that rating, but the were better than 3, so settle with 4. But worth the experience at least once. My sis and I may go back a second time to give it another try with their rice dishes.
It was hard to find good Asian food in the Scottsdale area. It wasn't too far from a car and it was worth it. Nice to have found this place. I agree, not the most comfortable seats, but it's like Japan, inside and out. Great service and great food!
Love it! Fresh noodles, high quality ingredients and fast service! I would recommend this ramen spot to my friends.
Visited this place during my visit in Summer 2021 business trip in Chandler, this place has the best Japanese Ramen i ever tried. The ramen is very delicious, the shop and seating can be quite packed but not to the extend of uncomfortable. The environment tho small, but comfortable and tide. Good cleanliness.
