Mikes Golden Fish Dish - Tendring

I used to order food from here often, and it was always really good. However I orded food a year ago and it wasn't great, but thought I would give them another try, but it was very bad this time. The lamb donner was dry and curled up. The chicken shish was dreadful not how it's ment to be at all horrible, had to put whole lot in the bin, 3 kebab's. Won't go back again

Well I was a bit hungry after hardly eating the previous day due to work commitments, so I definitely over ordered from these guys. Ordered online and got a 90min waiting time, when it got to 15 min over I called the lady was lovely said the car had just left. Sure enough 5 mins later it arrived courtesy of a very friendly delivery lady. The food was gorgeous the only issue being the portions were much more generous than I'd anticipated (the hotdog I had really fancied was gorgeous but I had to cut it in half to manage it! so we are probably going to eat everything that keeps tomorrow. But I would definitely recommend this place if you need a naughty food order. There may be a wait because they are busy, but it's worth it.

Mikes is an outstanding Chip shop, the food is delicious and the menu is vast. As a local Mikes Fish Dish is alway first choice for a cheeky treat, which never disappoints.

Best chippy within 10 miles. Great food and service. Cooked to order so well worth it if you have to wait.
