Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe visit this restaurant frequently, even though it's about 25 miles from home, because we love the thin crust.
Tonight, I ordered a large taco pizza and six BBQ wings to go. The sign at the door asks for patience, noting that they are short-staffed, which I can understand. However, an hour later, the bartender had to ask about my order—that's just poor service. To make matters worse, the food was cold upon arrival. It seems that Sweet Lou's drink customers take priority over providing hot, quality meals. This place has really declined; it shouldn't be about the lack of staff but rather about the personal service they provide.
Her sauce is perfection, and the crust has just the right amount of crunch. You've got to try the Hawaiian—it's the best on this side of the Mississippi! This place truly serves the best pizza in Terre Haute.
I had ordered from here multiple occasions and had never had a problem in any problem that I have solved them immediately, but tonight I called them simply to let them know that the nacho box I paid extra did not arrive, I called the load and let them know and the person replied the phone decided to argue with me to his dig that he 100% that they are cause they put them them them them down the themed phone. he is the definition of what is wrong with the service industry
The last 2 pizzas we have eaten from there sucked. Almost no toppings. Several of the pieces didn't have toppings. Its sad cuz we live so close. Ive bragged about the pizza there b4 but no longer. If things got more expensive to buy pass that on to your customers. I'd rather pay more for a good pizza than give you a nickel for a bad one
