Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have never tasted food as bad as what was served to my family. The service was non existent and the restaurant is old and tired. There was a bread pit! We actually got to put our store bought bread on a grill. It amazed me that this place was still in business, for a franchise , I have to wonder if they are all that bad.
The food is good. The Table d'hôte has many choices with good prices. The portions are more then enough. The service is excellent too.
We came to lunch with family and it was excessively disastrous. We all took a classic spaghetti with meat. We receive our spaghetti at $20 a plate and see that there is a great lack of sauce. we continue to eat and then let's advise the waitress that it is cruelly lacking in sauce, the pasta being almost white so that it is absent. the latter tells us that she can't do anything, that she agrees with us but that the management does not allow her to accustom this kind of pepins (we only wanted to have more sauce in our plates). We left with almost no food, our plates being just a wordton of pasta too cooked. We then tried to join the restaurant manager and the headquarters of pacini and never bothered anyone to contact us again. pacini, we had to visit you dozens of times, but it's now over. What a lack of professionalism.
Warm place, served by a lady of hyper friendly experience, good advice. We had a very good drink and very well eaten. Soon not negative, though it might be fun to see people's reaction, the staff who gather to sing "good party." When there's a time of your dinner in 4-5.
