The pig and the artichokes' lamb were also sublime. to finish in beauty the fried ravioli really delicate. at the end of the lunch we could visit the farm thanks to juseppe that guided us. positive experience and repeat.
We stayed here with the family and friends on the occasion of the visit to the caves is zuddas we ate really well, starting from the appetizers passing through the two first that included ravioli and sardi dumplings all homemade. continuing with lamb with artichokes and pork really good and cooked to perfection. as sweet we could swallow fried ravioli with filling of ricotta. we continued to talk to the cook who explained his way of cooking and the choice of raw materials. we visited the animals that stay in this farm thanks to the company of Mr. Giuseppe very friendly and loving also with the children. We could take care of and take prostitutes and feed other animals. I highly recommend a visit to this farm if you pass by these parts
