First Pizza Hut in about twenty plus years. If you shop in Poundland, Card Factory Wilko this is the pizza place for you. If you like something a little more upmarket avoid like the plague. Bland pizzas, describes it best. Customer service was best part of these so called pizzas. Papa Johns for me in the future.
Really rude female answers the phone with attitude , didnt complete order over the phone as she sounds like she has a serious attitude problem.
Placed the order online and was told that our delivery would arrive within 40-50 minutes. 1.5 hours later I started to check the app and track my order with the time changing frequently of when we should expect it. First in 7 minutes time, then 1 minute, then for it to jump up to 5 minutes away and then a message saying enjoy your food, still with no sign of it! I phoned the hut to be advised by the manager that she would get in touch with the driver, I could hear her asking the driving where he was and told him to hurry up, advising me he was driving down the road now and that if we are not happy or there are any problems to call her back and she will sort it out....I looked out of my window still no sign!! The food finally arrived, the box felt cold, opened it up and the food inside was all stone cold, cheese all hard and set again, nachos cold and soggy and the crispy chicken strips were soft!! I called the hut, spoke to the manager again who advised that once her delivery driver returned after the last 3 orders she will get some more food out to me.....it was 9.40pm by this time and so I just asked for a refund as the food was inedible to which she said you will need to phone customer services and they will just give you a refund as we cant process it as its an online order . She gave me the number and I phoned them right away. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! She then lied about our conversation saying she asked me to return the food but I caught her out by having her and customer services on loud speaker for her to then back down and authorise the refund!!
Ordered on line on Tuesday and told it was 55-65 minute wait. Wouldn’t have ordered if I knew this at the beginning of order. After 75 minutes no pizza. Phoned shop to be told sorry yours is the next out we will give you a free bottle of Pepsi. When I asked how long was told another 35-40 minutes! Joke! Asked for a refund to be told you have to do it through customer services as ordered on line. Very reluctant to give me their phone number but did eventually.
