It's the second time I've tried it lately and I'm still disappointed everything got smaller and it's just not the way you used to be.
I give 2 stars because the bathroom sink does not have water and there is not even a sign indicating it and thus not being left with soap without being able to remove it, plus it makes me wonder if the employees will not be able to wash their hands either, or how they will handle the food.
I received an email for free delivery from this location. I normally don’t order delivery but since the delivery fee was free, why not. My delivery person was Kevin. I watched him deliver my food to my next door neighbors apt. I called the store right away. The young lady assured me that my order will be redelivered when the driver (Kevin) returns back to the store. I waited an hour and no food delivered. So I called the store again to cancel my order. I am pissed because I tipped the driver $5. He doesn’t deserve that tip since he didn’t deliver my order. Now I have to wait a couple of days for my credit to show up in my chick-fil-a account. I was told no refund on delivery orders. I will not order delivery again from this location. Delivery service is terrible.
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . this is the 5th time i drive all the way home and there’s always something missing food , utensils, or sauces) im tired of having to go back and forth when it can be easily taken care of . i have no issue with the other locations its ALWAYS THIS ONE THAT MAKES ME UPSET . i DO NOT recommend. jacob needs more training, seems like he cant ever make sure we get our items properly and he needs to slow down ! he is ALWAYS rushing . andrea was a great help, need more people like her .
