Avaliação da contribuiçãoI order coffee today and staff redeem my code via app and later on told me coffee is out of order and when i asked them what about my code staff lied to me oh we didn 't use the code they provided me wrong information that i can still use the code in some other branch and i drove all the way to other branch and find out daily code is already used, this kind of training Mcdonald 's is providing to they staff.
Not really a big fan of McDonald's but I do like the Double Quarter Pounder with Bacon and the fries. The Hazelnut Iced Coffee is good but depends on who makes it. Sometimes it's too sweet.
I don’t know why I keep coming to this location, but they tend to always screw up my orders. Service: there were multiple voices over the intercom as I usually order drive though. I can tell that the person is not really paying attention. I drive to the window and there 4-5 people laughing, talking, just bull sh!ting around, no one speaks English to me. Get to the second window; same thing, no one speaks English, check my order and I have no sauce for my nuggets and a double cheese burger I ordered is not in the bag. Two people at the window speak Spanish to me and don’t understand what I’m saying. I look at my receipt… I was not charged for the burger, they only got my nugget combo order. So the people having a good ol time taking my order rather screw around while taking orders than listen properly while taking orders. I just took the order and drove off since complaining wouldn’t have helped since from start to end, no one spoke English. Food: order incomplete, I had to ask twice for the sauce. Large fries are usually never filled like the picture on the menus. I’m paying for it,fill it up. I asked for no ice in my drink, and it’s filled half way of ice. The fries were cold and stale and floppy, not golden brown, hot and errect. Atmosphere: seems that the employees were more interested in talking to each other in groups than working. Order was wrong and incomplete, fries were old, drink had ice; so nobody was really paying attention to what they were doing from start to end. Why is the whole crew speaking Spanish to me, not one interaction in English since that what I was speaking. Bad communication, and I could not voice my concerns with my order. This is not the first time my orders are incomplete and wrong. But this location is about the worst ones I’ve been to. -There’s nothing wrong with diversity in hiring practices of people and the culture in world we live in, but proper communication with the customer is important. Communication was really lacking from beginning to the end of my experience in the drive through.
I’m giving this restaurant 1 star because this is what it truly deserves. Ordered 3 meals and 2 McFlurry’s. Pull up and my food was ready except Mc flurry’s. Parked me for 10 miles minutes for 2 McFlurry’s. Then they have a bad attitude when I ask why it’s taking so long. Finally get them after all my other food is already cold. This place needs some serious management training. Never have I been to a restaurant where the employees argue with the customer. We are the ones paying your salaries.
I order on Uber eats, this MacDonald make no response and no explanation than cancelled my order, making my extreme hungry at night and waste my time for at least 1.5 hours!!!
