Avaliação da contribuiçãoIf the length of the line is any indication of the food's quality, then on any Friday or Saturday night, you better be prepared to wait. This small but outstanding takeout spot surpasses your average corner store. The numerous awards on display serve as evidence of their delicious cuisine, and the awards and thank you notes demonstrate their support for local businesses, charities, and schools. While I can't say for certain, it seems likely that the owners have experience in the hospitality industry, given the exceptional range of dishes and flavors. The presentation is also top-notch, with meals served in clean white oval dishes to keep them warm, and each dish is garnished and looks fit for a banquet. The standout item on the menu has to be their salads; my personal favorite is the Chinese chicken salad with crunchy noodles–don't forget to add the amazing dressing. They offer a wide variety of salads, all generously portioned. The roast chicken is incredibly delicious, and the glaze used on it is simply divine. The fried rice and satay noodles were a staple for us on Friday nights when we lived nearby, and I have yet to find anything comparable. Their chips are always perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, worth waiting for a fresh batch to be cooked up. The other hot dishes are equally tasty and consistently fresh. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the casual staff seem to genuinely enjoy their work. The overall atmosphere is warm and neighborly, despite the limited space for payment being a bit cramped–you almost have to turn sideways to fit in.

The food is beautifully presented on clean white oval ceramic dishes, keeping it warm and inviting. The salads are a standout, particularly the Chinese chicken salad with crispy noodles and delicious dressing. The portions are generous and the flavors are divine. The owners are friendly, the staff are efficient, and the overall vibe is welcoming, despite the small space. The only downside is the tight squeeze at the cash register area, where customers have to turn sideways to pay.
