Nando's Thavhani Drive Thru

It's a really nice place serving Nice Meals but just a recommendation as it is Hot in Venda there is a need for some air circulation add some aircon for some nice air .. It is really hot inside you don't get to enjoy your stay but sweating inside

Their customer service is horrible ,they work like the don't want to. As if the customer service was not bad enough, the full chicken was even worse it was like a boiled chicken full of oil and the lemon and herb sauce you couldn't even taste it. The worst thing was we only saw it late at night.

I ordered online, then went to collect my order. I paid for the order inside the shop but was never told anything regarding my order, which l found strange. After waiting for more than twenty minutes, l went to enquire. I was very disappointed to find the order had been sitting there all along. They forgot to give me my drink, which l mentioned and the lady just gave me the drink, no apology. To say they were friendly, l will be lying. When l got home, there order missed a pack of chips, cutlery and sauces. I am really disappointed with the level of customer service l experienced. I was still planning to go for a sit down. But, after this, no thanks. I will try other establishments. Everyone just looked angry, l mean the staff

By 9:30 the place hadn't opened when they're supposed to be open at 9. To top it off, the cashier Grace was full of bad attitude when we enquired about what time to return to buy food.

The Drive-Thru service could use some improvement. We had to wait a long time in line. However, I understand that it was during lunchtime when I visited, so it was probably busy. The meal was satisfactory overall, just like usual.
