Mcdonald's - Thomasville

I'm a DoorDash driver. I gave the dame my number both checked her seemed nice. what has confused me is that I have seen a white male and a white female before me, got her orders and go. why will I focus on confirming my order if the white people are not asked to confirm?

Extremely long line to just get into the lot. We ordered curbside pickup waited for a very long time. Finally get our food and go home and there was hairs all over my burger.

Me and two of my friends used the mobile app and sat in a designated parking spot. We had two orders because we used the mobile app and each were using our points. The woman who brought us the first order which was just a cheeseburger threw it at my friends face. When she brought out the second order she told us “if you were going to Order all of this you should have put it on one order instead of having me walk out here multiple times, you know we’re busy.” Me and both of my friends work in fast food and customer service and would never treat a customer that way.

Honestly best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I went in and the lovely woman working told me to come to the cash register bc it’s be faster than the machine and gave me a great deal. Also y’all know I love a McDonald’s sprite, burns the mouth so good. Wish I could come back every day

They always get orders wrong here ,they don't give napkins, straws ,or the condiments that you ask them for ,very poor management here. I always order from mobile and on my phone says breakfast ends at 10:59 am regardless of location and I ordered a from mobile at 10:00am when I got there the lady brought my order without the side of gravy,and there were no hashbrowns in the bag like I ordered, so I'm having to go inside and tell her ,she says that they quit serving breakfast and it was only 10:15am I told her that it was breakfast time when I ordered it and she got mad that she had to tell the attendant to cook 2 more hashbrowns...I mean this is your job!!! If breakfast is over at 10:59 look at your screen to tell you when this customer orders breakfast, don't steal from them just because you don't want to do your job ,even if it means someone has to cook 2 more hashbrowns, she was going to give me a leftover hashbrown and a fry !!! That's not acceptable ,and besides there was no side of gravy and she claims they poured it in the container ,normally they are not allowed to do that as they have to give you a seperate side as this is what the customer ordered....I don't know what's wrong with these people who can not or will not read people's orders.....you have one job
