Wawa - Thorndale

I went in tonight to use the Mac machine, and they frozen and said out of service. WTH? My card was halfway inside and halfway away. I asked the employees for help and she was rude and useless to say that 's the bank issue. Not like that! Then an employee came from the delinium to help and he got my card out!!! Kudo 's to him for over and over his duty to go!!!

It's Wawa. Come on, always great. Except bathrooms are not kept.

I had a really bad customer service experience at this WAWA location. It was bad enough that I informed the company office. My complaint was ignored and the company did not seem to care about how I was treated negatively. Complete error.

Do not order food from this Wawa... the chicken sandwich was not melted cold cheese. The kids who make the food make jokes to have fun, do not pay attention to their jobs Worst wawa experience I ever had!!!

My fountain soda tasted like lemon pine sol. I asked the cashier if they just cleaned the soda machine. She said yes with a big smile. I told her and she told the manager. Hoping they clean it again
