Stayed a while back now for the night had lunch nxt day couldn't believe we were like 3 tables away from Ed sheeran chums) ... WOW!! Had a very relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is incredibly old with a water well included as well! Nice quiet location. The menu is pub grub. The breakfast was very good. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Can't comment on accommodation, went for Sunday roast, as having a short break in the area, was very tasty, welcoming to dogs, very busy, we have a very anxious dog and we were put in a quieter area, as we requested, but alot of foot traffic,so still upset him unfortunately and we didn't want to be a nuisance to others enjoying their afternoon, so we took dessert to go, so my only advice would be if your dog is even slightly anxious,maybe eat outside (weather depending, or look somewhere else) if you haven't a dog let alone an anxious one, then the four horseshoes is perfect, pre book
