Ordered food for delivery, waited half an hour until it is only delivered to find no drink or chips were delivered, a short call in the load to ask why warns the items I paid for and was said they can not make another delivery because it was by x time and they had no drivers. ok so asked for a refund that is communicated to the loading manager, can not give a refund because they have no authority to issue one. so that via e-mail Rred-Rooster with a complaining to say that they offer a full refund, but never followed with the output or any means how to get such refund. 2 months later and nothing. save their time and money go anywhere else they send this company broke and the owner who cares about klerik dosnt

The staff was so rude when we got through, waited 5 minutes on the loudspeaker before it was served it 6:30 and they had no one in the car ride thru food was really bad service: eating: dinner

Really bad customer service, parked on the parking lot to see two workers sitting outside at the entrance. came in, the lights weren't even on until they entered and envisioned them, this on a Thursday night at 8. Also a customer saw a good five minutes waiting on the counter until someone noticed him. really bad toilets, there is not even a female and male named toilet area there is only two unisex toilets, a toilet tank that were disgusting with dirt, but there were these a hired one who gave us our food, he was beautiful. every customer who had one of them I noticed had to wait 5-10 minutes.
