Terrible service my order was there for 10 minutes everyone was there many people and I ask this woman Gill about my order and she said it wasn't ready and my order was there for about 10 minutes and all the germs? of all the people who talk on my burger, what kind of service is that? Don't you put unprofessional people to do the jobs if they?re not ready for it this is terrible I had a terrible experience today I won?t recommend this situation at all
It used to be one of my favorite hats. Not anymore. The last time I watched 2 of their 4 stands, each occupied by a single Habit staff. It didn't eat either. One was on her phone, the other was sitting right there. Kind of rude to use half of the choice seats as an employee break room. Also, when I took up my salad, I was told that no fork would be made available unless I asked. That wasn't an order. I suppose we eat salads with our hands or bring our own forks. Camarillo and Simi Habits do not exercise these new policies. I hope they won't start. Note: Habit Burger reacted by asking me to reach them by email with the location and details. Obviously, they didn't put much effort in reading. The assessment on Google Maps clearly shows the location, and my assessment has all the details.
Delicious Burgers I love the Habit! You? very fast here and I like the order kiosk things, it is very convenient for shy people: Just downstairs that I didn't know the burger didn't come with cheese automatically? My fault. Great place!
Disappointing to see kiosks in place of cashiers. The kiosks are unable to substitute items on a meal so if you want something other than friends it's all individual items. Quality of the food is excellent as always. Three stars for the impersonal ordering.
