I think I found this place randomly and I saw vegan on the menu board. they had an artichoke tagine. it was really delicious and plentiful, the family is also very friendly and the terrace sweet. the daily price was 65 dirham I can not guarantee that they always have a vegan dish, but they can write on their facebook.

During our visit today, we found only one vegan option on the menu: the vegetable couscous. It was flavorful and packed with a variety of interesting vegetables such as fava beans, pumpkin, squash, and turnips. We enjoyed our meal on the airy second floor with a view of the Tangier houses.
