Papa John's Pizza - Toledo

The interior of the restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. As a delivery driver, I was able to quickly drop off and pick up orders.

The service at this restaurant is efficient and professional. Brian took care of my order with a lot of attention and provided friendly customer service. As long as he is in charge, I will definitely be a satisfied customer.

The first time papa johns and I am not satisfied AT ALL. As far as it looks, it gets a C, but until the taste it is definitely a F. It tastes like cardboard and when I came to the crust, everything I could taste was dough. It was very dry that I had to take a drink of water after every bite and lacked taste. I ate them just because I didn't want to leave the house with my toddler because it's too cold outside and they were affordable, but I was honestly better on the way to McDonalds or something. I would have sent it back, but they were closed.

There is a girl called Kalyee, which is absolutely rude for customers. Had a problem with our online order. Our email confirmation stated that our order was ready. When we came to the store, she told us that they never received our order and that we must take it with the company. Although we had a confiermation email and they had taken 54 dollars from our card. She was very rude about when we asked her to undo our money that they didn't want to make the pizza. I'm not going back.

Ordered online and the app didn't take my payment. When the driver showed up at my house I have to call into tue store to give them credit card number and they changes me an additional $11 and didn't tell me. Called into the store to ask to speak to a manager and he told me there was nothing he could do because we took the pizza. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!
