Why is it so challenging to fix a straightforward order of 2 sandwiches and 2 fries?

My first experience at this restaurant was disappointing and resulted in me becoming violently ill shortly after my meal. The food was dry and lacked a substantial amount of meat. Despite this, I decided to give it another shot since it was my initial visit. I certainly didn’t expect to end up with food poisoning. I suggest looking for alternatives when it comes to their cheesesteaks for your own safety. Trust your instincts—if something doesn’t seem right about the food, it's better not to eat it!

I tried their food and noticed a strange taste, which made me feel uneasy about the oil they used. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away. I believe they should consider changing their oil.

Was not organized or very clean. we have a chicken bacon club that we would enjoy and give a 4. I have the crispy buffalo I liked but not again. friends were crisp and lovely. the employees looked upset about the order.

POOR management, they need to use a number system or get your name because all of the orders were mixed up. Not as good as it used to be, sandwich was dry, might want to request extra mayo.
