Taco Bell - Toledo

The line on the drive-thru was super long and moved in a screw speed. we didn't know we didn't get all our stuff until we came home. our mistake, not to check the bag, but we waited so long in the line, we just wanted to get out.

Ay, contact corporate and talk about this one, because it’s clear they don’t want to help anyone. None of their contact methods even work.I ordered through your app 3 weeks ago and was told you didn’t have the food to make it. I got nothing. I paid $5.31. I still have yet to get a refund. I won’t be visiting any taco bell until this is figured out. That is theft, i do not trust you.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at any taco bell location. From the start, it took forever just to order with only 3 cars ahead of me, then once I get to the window it took almost 10 minutes to get my order for just myself. All together I sat there for at least 15 minutes, and then once I finally eat, all the food SUCKS. I got 3 pintos cheese and a burrito supreme and it was all just super bland.

I ordered food with no beans on it!! They still put beans on my burrito. Im allergic… If I have to go to ER . For reaction while Im at work. From throat closing up. I will be sueing this restaurant!!! I want my money back. For my entire order.. I will be speaking to manager at this location.

I really never had any problems with this location service and speed of service great but today I sat at speaker waiting for service to call out and this tiny voice tells me something I can’t hear and finally I believe she said pull around machine was broken I pull up to delivery window and continue to wait until a girl pulls open window and said can I help you well I said waiting to give my order she informed me I told you pull around and come inside my machine is broke only can take orders inside building well put a sign up please can’t understand if the person speaking can’t articulate so I left hope they fix the problem and the young lady’s speach
