It's ridiculous. always the same excuse. pulled up and said it was 5-10 minutes. waited and came through and still said the same. who manages them doesn't know what they do. the worst in toledo.
I have been in this taco bell several times to drive the wut and eating was quite constituent. plan to return. food: 4/5
That was by far the worst experience I had at any Taco bell location. from the beginning it took forever only to order with only 3 cars before me, then when I came to the window it took almost 10 minutes to get my order for me. all together I sat there for at least 15 minutes, and then when I finally eat all that sucks. I have 3 pintos cheese and a Burrito Super boat and it was all just super-Blande.
I really never had any problems with this location service and speed of service great but today I sat at speaker waiting for service to call out and this tiny voice tells me something I can’t hear and finally I believe she said pull around machine was broken I pull up to delivery window and continue to wait until a girl pulls open window and said can I help you well I said waiting to give my order she informed me I told you pull around and come inside my machine is broke only can take orders inside building well put a sign up please can’t understand if the person speaking can’t articulate so I left hope they fix the problem and the young lady’s speach
Wasnt served. Ordered take out at the kiosk because there was no cashier, and no one made our order. I had to request a refund as we had been there 30 minutes waiting on a take out order while cooks goofed around and only filled drive through orders. This happened on 10/16. I asked if they had even started the order, and how long it would be because we had been waiting so long. Then i had to ask for my money back because they hadn't even started it after 30 minutes. Very disappointing.
