A bit of a wait because it's yummy, but they charge me for sides of enchilada sauce, which I think is pretty lame. But, yeah, the food is good.
I am tired of fast food restaurants that consistently mess up orders and forget items. During my recent visit, my order was missing food so we had to go back and get it. The food we received was cold, so I asked for a replacement but was told they would not do it. After a frustrating 20-minute phone call, I was finally offered what I had originally asked for but refused and requested a refund instead. The manager only gave me an email address for contact information, which was not helpful. I had to speak with the location manager outside in the snow to resolve the issue. I am exhausted from dealing with fast food places that don't take their mistakes seriously. It is unacceptable to have missing items in a large order. Despite checking the bags, it can be difficult with multiple items and cars waiting behind you. I was told that a replacement would be inconvenient and no mention of a refund for the cold and improperly prepared food. I am frustrated with the lack of accountability and customer service at fast food establishments.
The portions are large, but sometimes the wait can be slow due to everything being made to order.
