The Spotted Cow - Toowoomba

We'd never been to The Spotted Cow, so we went. It is pub food to be sure, and they do it well, but it lacks character. Honestly, I couldn't differentiate what I had from the last hotel I attended. Also, they produced the meals faster than our drinks, which frustrated my other half, who was really looking forward to his beer. Overall, a pleasant experience, but it felt contrived. They seem to have a loyal following, but I don't think I will return. Price per person: A$20–40

Food was amazing Lovely setting. The young girl in the dinning area was abrupt, didn't smile and clearly didn't want to be there. She was mildly pleasant as we were leaving. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Rump Wagyu Steak
