Avaliação da contribuiçãoI think the service should be improved, but this is a good pizzeria in one of Turin's most beautiful squares. It's trendy and busy (especially during the weekends).
I gotta admit it: their boast about the skills of these pizzas aren't just for show: you are going to get smashed by their taste in no time!
My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. The pizza fra diavolo was outstanding, and the restaurant's beautiful interior decoration and excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the area and looking for a delicious pizza and a fantastic dining experience, I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
Overall, it was a very poor experience. We were asked to wait the 5 minutes before the restaurant actually opened as the manager seemed busy looking at her phone. We had a pleasant drink at the much friendlier next door establishment. We were offered a table after the official time when we asked again. The waitress seemed in a terrible mood, or she just didn't like us. We ordered, and the food and drinks came promptly. While eating my pizza, another in the party noticed the manager talking to another member of staff and laughing and pointing at my food. Plates were then taken away. There was no offer of desert, and we had to ask to pay. While paying, there was a total given. The actual bill had to be asked for. So, a very unfriendly interaction and average pizza at this restaurant. I would not recommend.
The most salty pizza I’ve ever eaten, and god knows that I love salt, but here it was really too much… it arrives to make cooking errors so I just said it to the server who took it away saying that it will be removed from the bill. At the end, the pizza was still count on the bill, and they decided not to change that. So they rob the pizza making us paying full price without doing any discount. Disrespectful.
